About Kristen Butz

Principal Broker at Sunriver Realty and a key contributor to Caldera Springs’ sales success, Kristen Butz specializes in listing and selling developer homesites and Forestbrook vacation homes alongside her dedicated on-site broker team. Boasting unrivaled local knowledge and expertise, Kristen provides an exceptional level of personalized service from start to finish, working tirelessly to make the buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free, and lucrative as possible.

 

Before joining the Sunriver Realty team, Kristen worked as an elementary school teacher for 10 years before becoming a licensed Oregon Real Estate broker in 2002. She went on to lend 20 years as a licensed Real Estate Agent in the Portland market where she listed and sold a variety of properties, from condos to land sales to investment properties. Kristen also served as a relocation specialist for nearly 15 years, working extensively with high-level employees of companies such as Intel, Amazon, and Nike. Today, Kristen leverages this experience to introduce clients from all over the country to the incredible lifestyle that awaits at Caldera Springs.

 

A Southern California native, Kristen spent countless summers in Yosemite National Park where she developed an unwavering love for the mountains making Bend and Sunriver the perfect fit. After her kids graduated from college in 2021, Kristen and her husband, Joe, relocated from Portland to Central Oregon where she now enjoys spending time with her family, stand-up paddleboarding, hiking, biking, reading, and traveling.
