Just an Oregon girl. I was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon. I am a South Eugene Axemen graduate and I attended the University of Oregon – Go Ducks! Growing up I was lucky enough to come to Sunriver often for vacations. I spent many summers in the Ranch Cabins when they were way on the outer edge of Sunriver. We came here to ride bikes and horses and swim at the pool (the south pool with the concrete stepping stones) in the summertime. We also spent many winter holidays skiing at Mt Bachelor and just playing in the snow.
I'm Andrew, your go-to real estate broker in the beautiful landscapes of Central Oregon. In traditional Oregonian style, you will find me hiking, biking, and skiing in my spare time. My family and I discovered Sunriver or Bend over 18 years ago and quickly decided to make it our home. After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Lindsay spent the early years of her career in hospitality revenue management and sales with Marriott Hotels, later moving to Bend in 2014 after feeling an unignorable call to the mountains. Lindsay now has the pleasure of working alongside Kristen Butz and Linda Dorr at Caldera Springs, bringing more than 38 years of combined local experience and a diverse skill set to their VIP client base. Outside of the office, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her partner and two Border Collies, hiking, mountain biking, camping, snowboarding and even tackling ambitious home remodeling projects.
Sunriver has been home for my family and I for the past 7 years, we love enjoying all that Sunriver and the surrounding area has to offer! In my free time I enjoy playing with my kids, hiking, and hanging out with friends and family. I also enjoy being able to golf on the beautiful Sunriver Golf courses and have hosted my families yearly golf trip a number of times, it isn't hard to convince them to come back! Over the last eighteen years Debra O’Shea has been an active member of the Central Oregon Community and is proud to say she is a Native Oregonian, born and raised in Portland, Oregon and completed a BA in Political Science from University of Oregon

During Debra’s free time she continues to do volunteer work and has served on various boards including Central Oregon Realtors Association Government Affairs Committee and South County Habitat for Humanity's Family Services Committee. Originally from Connecticut, I grew up in Milford & West Haven on the Long Island Sound. I started my career in Radiologic Technology while working at Yale Medical Center. I relocated to the West Coast & lived in the SF Bay Area for 2 years before moving to Southern Oregon in 1975. I fell in love with Central Oregon while visiting Sunriver & skiing at Mt. Bachelor. I purchased a Sunriver vacation home in 1981 & relocated to Sunriver as a permanent resident & full-time Realtor in 1989. I love & appreciate living & working in this beautiful unique resort community as much today as I did when I first started living this dream. The amenities & activities available in this recreational paradise of Sunriver are exceptional. Skiing at Mt. Bachelor, mountain biking, hiking & kayaking are just a few of my favorite activities.
