And don't forget cultural activities such as the annual Sunriver Music Festival. You can learn about local wildlife and plants at the Sunriver Nature Center or the High Desert Museum located about 10 minutes from Sunriver. Crater Lake National Park and other scenic areas around Central Oregon are easy to get to from Sunriver:
