Why did you come to work for Sunriver Realty?
I previously worked with Patsy Roome and wanted to join the team to expand the commercial division, and to keep close to the residential market as well.
What do you love about your job?
The interaction with people, the diversification of the job, negotiating deals, prospecting and getting the deal closed with the highest and best use for both buyer and seller, tenant and landlord.
What are some of your areas of expertise or preference?
I have a passion for commercial real estate. Leasing and sales for office, retail, commercial and industrial uses. I am currently working toward my CCIM designation (certified commercial investment member) and hope to receive the designation in this next year.
How do you enjoy Central Oregon?
I love to ski, downhill and cross country, mountain bike ride, whitewater rafting, hiking etc. Central Oregon has all that and more. This is the perfect place to live.
What’s a valuable lesson you learned (in real estate)?
Learning how to deal with rejection and not take it personally.
