Why did you come to work for Sunriver Realty?
I wanted to work for a local real estate company that was larger than the one I previously worked for. I have found that more people coming into the Bend/Central Oregon area prefer to work locally and not with the large corporate real estate companies.
Then of course, I wanted to work for Carolyn Bostwick.
What do you love about your job?
People, challenges, creativity.
What are some of your areas of industry expertise or preference?
I specialize in Modern Construction and Design. Representing architectural design that is smart…starting with looking at the land and site…where does the sun come up and sets…where are the windows…what do you see…smart heating systems and design that work for the site…privacy…I could go on and on.
I am also a good communicator…which means I listen…I do not waste my clients time showing them something that they are not interested in.
How do you enjoy Central Oregon?
Skiing, hiking, biking, art hopping, food and wine and reading.
What's a valuable lesson you learned (in real estate)?
Everything in writing.
