WHY DID YOU COME TO WORK FOR SUNRIVER REALTY?
My family and I moved to Sunriver in the winter of 1973 working for Ridgepine Realty in property management and realty sales. Gary Fiebick, Sunriver Realty Broker, asked that I join the company in 1979. I quickly accepted the invitation to join the #1 realty team in Sunriver.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB?
I am what you might call a "people person." My greatest enjoyment in this business comes from the satisfaction of finding the needs of a prospect and completing the search to the prospects satisfaction. The old cliche, "I made a friend," is an important part of my way of doing business.
WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR AREAS OF EXPERTISE?
After 32 years, my preference is selling the Sunriver lifestyle through the knowledge gained from understanding what Sunriver and the surrounding area has to offer.
HOW DO YOU ENJOY CENTRAL OREGON?
Outdoor activities with my family have always been my number one in my enjoyment of Sunriver and the Central Oregon area. As a family, we found Sunriver by Summer camping in the area. For many years, skiing was the primary outlet, but these days, with two children and five grandchildren, camping and fishing has become our primary activity.
ANY VALUABLE REAL ESTATE LESSONS?
I feel I have a better understanding of people in general by listening and trying to solve what I perceive is the needs of an individual.
