The ability to put together a high percentage of sales. I have chaired mediation for the Realtors' Professional Standards Committee at state and local levels. I learned that if all parties in a transaction are treated with respect, that is a winning formula.
HOW DO YOU ENJOY CENTRAL OREGON?
We were attracted by the lifestyle that Central Oregon offers. Today that lifestyle includes a couple of horses. Since we made the move here, we have never looked back.
