WHY DID YOU COME TO WORK FOR SUNRIVER REALTY?
When I first began my career in real estate in the Sunriver area I was asked to come to work here. I chose another brokerage firm to work for in the beginning, but ultimately ended up at Sunriver Realty. I was asked to join a very active and successful "team" of brokers. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to be part of a professional environment where I am surrounded by other brokers that enjoy the real estate business as much as I do.

I work with a very dedicated, hard working team of brokers that are all focused on providing the absolute best service for our buyers and sellers. Being part of "the Power Team" allows me to balance my professional and personal life. I can take a day off and know that our clients are well taken care of
WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR AREAS OF INDUSTRY EXPERTISE OR PREFERENCE?
As an owner of several rental homes here, I'm a big believer in investment real estate. I have helped many purchasers with their investment properties as well as second home purchases. Most of my clients are from outside this area, and they like the "hands-on" approach I provide them as a resource for current trends and community information.
HOW DO YOU ENJOY CENTRAL OREGON?
Mountain Biking at Phil's Trailhead in Bend, snow skiing, hiking, camping, kayaking, wake boarding, and traveling.
ANY VALUABLE REAL ESTATE LESSONS?
Take good notes. Memories can be fuzzy, and you never know when you'll have to jog your memory about the transaction.
