WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB?
I love the people and the opportunity to meet so many unique individuals from all over the country. I love showing people around Central Oregon because it is truly a paradise that I'm proud to be a part of. I feel blessed to be living here where people come to vacation.
WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR AREAS OF EXPERTISE?
Having studied Interpersonal Communication, I feel very strong about the importance of listening, understanding and doing what my clients request. I also incorporate excellent customer service with every single client, giving 110% and going the extra mile. I know how I'd like to be treated as a customer and then deliver that same attitude and performance to my clients. I know the area well and my clients can depend on me to give accurate and knowledgeable up-to-date information.
HOW DO YOU ENJOY CENTRAL OREGON?
I can't say enough good things about living here! We moved here 4 years ago for the beautiful lifestyle and recreation, not to mention the excellent community feel and "hometown charm." We researched several other communities throughout the West and this was our top pick! It's an AWESOME place to live, work and play!
ANY VALUABLE REAL ESTATE LESSONS?
The customer always comes first and is always right! (I say that with a little humor in mind.) But in all honesty, I've learned that my customers' concerns are my top priority. I aim to please and rarely miss.
WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE QUOTE OR PHRASE?
"Do a good turn daily." I'm a big believer in helping your fellow man and try to live by that motto, which happens to be the Boy Scouts' motto. I'm a local volunteer for a scout troop and enjoy working and helping others.
