Everyday we serve our clients and assist them in finding the perfect home and investment property. We take great pride in knowing Central Oregon better than anyone. Our clients often take the time to thank us and share their experiences. Here is one recent letter that we received.
“We would like you to be aware of the phenomenal service Susan Agli has provided us. We first met Susan in July, 2007. Jude Hord assigned Susan to be our broker. She spent 5 months trying to help us find a home to purchase in Bend. Finally in November she found what we were looking for, a new home that had just begun construction.
But, did it end there? Not for Susan. She has been there for us every step of the way. This was very critical to us since we live in Grand Junction, Colorado (900 miles away). She has made regular visits to the home to keep us apprised of the construction progress, been the intermediary between us and the builder, found the answers to our countless questions, followed through on items that needed immediate attention, taken hundreds of photos and emailed them to us so we could keep up to date, advised us of construction problems and helped us to resolve them.
The words “Thank You” are totally inadequate to say to Susan. There is no doubt in our minds that purchasing and building this home would not have happened without her assistance.
